Tasting Notes

Lemon colour with green hues. Aromas of citrus, pear and white peach with additional layers of lemon grass and almonds compose a complex and expressive nose. Ageing on lees noticeable in the smooth texture and nutty aromas in the lingering finish. A beautiful Arinto, layered and intense, that will shine at the table pairing with seared red tuna or grilled octopus.
