The Dão region is located in province of Beira Alta, in the North of Central Portugal, protected by the mountains of Caramulo, Montemuro, Bussaco and Estrela. Quinta da Pellada vineyards are planted between 450 and 600 meters high, in granite soils, producing wines that age well in the bottle. Quinta da Pellada is increasingly looking to make natural wines, with the greatest respect for nature.
